We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to hygiene concerns, pampers (diapers) and opened baby care items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened diapers

  • Washed or worn baby clothing

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at info@rapidreachllc.shop. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
